This retail space for the new flagship store of Pomellato, the first in the United States, consists of a two story high ground floor in the front, a private one story high selling area in the back and a office-storage in the basement.

Light and its reflections become a major design element: spaces shift from luminous, to ethereal, to shadowy in the private selling area.

The existing brick wall on one side is animated by three oversize clear Plexiglas panels sandblasted with a work by Michael Llyn. The fiberoptic light through the panels is transmitted to the top of the display vitrines below. On the opposite side wall mounted brown glass panels have an important role in the game of reflections that dilates the elongated plan of the store where clear glass display tables seem to fluctuate.
